Andrew has over 30 years experience as a specialist M&E Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. His career started in London for a major Mechanical and Electrical Contractor before moving North with the same company to their Leeds office.
Joining another major Mechanical and Electrical Contractor he became Managing Surveyor of a regional branch at the age of 31.
Andrew has experience of Commercial, Retail, Rail Telecommunications, Major Rail Infrastructure and Health projects valued from £10,000 to £250,000,000. Andrew has worked with Contractors, clients and recently on two major Rail Alliances. This wide ranging experience has given Andrew an understanding of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from more than one perspective which is invaluable when giving advice or during negotiations.
Andrew has experience of managing teams of Quantity Surveyors and commercial management of Business Units and Groups.
